I’m old and that means I’ve read pretty much every trashy time travel romance of the 90ies. And while hot muscular Highlanders rank pretty high on my fav list, I’ve alway had a soft spot for Vikings. 

Let me show you why:

I want a fic with as many cliches as possible: Loki somehow gets timeswept a thousand years back and wakes up Thor’s bedchamber. Thor is the chieftain of his clan and used to respect and obedience, and this mouthy piece of ass he somehow got stuck with is giving him a headache with his outrageous demands for strange things like shampoo and wifi. Loki is appalled at the barbaric conditions he has to endure and Thor is constantly close to throttling him because he talks back all the time. But you know, since this is a romance novel, they are also instantly hot for each other: cue size kink and all the good things in the Thorki fandom. Ngh, I think this would all work best with Loki being much like his AoA self, a bit of hipster, a bit of nerd and a whole lot of queen.
